1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India
International shipping is not available at this time (if applicable)
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Non-metro / remote areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout
Free shipping may be available during promotions or special offers
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available / not available (edit as applicable)
Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout
6. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
Customers can track their orders using the courier partner’s tracking system.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will assist with resolution or replacement.
8. Incorrect Address
Reverse Fashion is not responsible for delivery failures due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos/videos before opening
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
We will review and take appropriate action
Track, Cancel or Return or Exchange
