How can I pay for my order at Reverse
Style Fashion?

We support the following payment options at Reverse Style Fashion:

  1. Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
  2. Credit Card
  3. Debit Card
  4. Net banking
  5. Paytm

 

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders. reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store offers Cash on Delivery option for all orders less than order value Rs. 10,000 on most of the delivery addresses. To place an order and pay for it using Cash on Delivery (COD), please select the 'Cash on Delivery' option on the payment page.

 

Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Your order value may be more than Rs. 10,000/-
  2. Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

 Is there any extra charge I have to pay for Delivery?

Yes, reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store charge Flat Rs 99/- as shipping charge if the order value is below than Rs 999  

 

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, kindly raise a concern with the customer
care of your cards issuing bank. Hopefully, It will be credited back within 7-10 business days.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but only before we have processed your order. You can do so by contacting to our customer care at +91 xxxxxxxxx. If the order is already processed for shipping than we won’t be able to cancel it.

 

I am being charged GST amount on my order. What is GST?

GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product's sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

 

How is the GST amount decided?

Following rules will govern whether or not additional GST will be applicable on the products purchased by you:

  1. If the taxable value is Less than or equal to Rs.1000/- than GST will be added 5% of the value.
  2. If the taxable value is more than to Rs.1000/- than GST will be added 12% of the value.

 

If I return/cancel the purchased product will the GST/VAT amount charged be refunded?

Yes. If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall
be made in relation to platform handling fee collected from the consumer under reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store shipping policy.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

We of course do our very best to ensure that the product we dispatch is correct and is of highest quality and we hope
that you will love every purchase with us. But if ever a customer doesn’t like the delivered product or the product is not as per the expectation or facing
size issue in the received product then the customer can return the same to us in its original condition by informing us within 7 days of receiving the product. We don’t offer re-dispatch of required size. In such cases, we will add the paid order value in customer’s Reverse Credit wallet at reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store for further purchases on our website after the return of the product at our end and if the customer wish to get the payment refund to the source account then we are happy to refund the payment to his/her credit/Debit card or original method of payment. In case of COD order, the amount will be refunded in the customer bank account through NEFT. Shipping charges won’t be refunded if charged in the order

Also, if ever a delivered product has any manufacturing defect or has any variation from the product selected in order then you can report to us along with product snapshots within 7 days of receiving the product. A customer can share snapshots on info@reversestyle.in.

If the variation or defect found genuine by our quality team, then we will refund the payment in your bank account/card or source account or add the paid value in customer’s Reverse website coupon for further purchases on our website as per customer choice.

In case of any issues related to a manufacturing defect after using the product, the customer has to approach us within 30 days along with the product snapshots from the receipt of delivery. A customer can share snapshots on info@reversestyle.in.

Customer can place the return request by log in to his reversestyle.in & reversestyle.store account, under the your orders section or by calling us and also customer can email us at info@reversestyle.in

There are few things, which customer needs to make sure before returning the product.

(1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

(2) The item must be in the original packaging.

(3) All brand tags should be intact.

If we found the product has not been returned in the resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the Return/Refund. If you are returning a product because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges also incurred in sending the product to you and bear the costs of returning it to us.

Once we received the product at our warehouse then we will further process of refund in bank account or Reverse Discount Coupon after being satisfied that the product is unused, tags intact, and not damaged.

Further, it is made clear that the return of the product ordered by the customer shall be the discretion of the company/ seller and in case the Returned product is found to be different then what was ordered then there shall be no return as well as refund. The seller shall take no responsibility of the product, and the return shall only be at the discretion of the company/ seller.

In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.

Normally return process will take 7 to 10 business days.

In case of return, we will arrange reverse pick-up for your order. But in case your area/pin code does not serve by any of our logistic partners for re pick-up and delivery then you will have to ship it from your end and you will be reimbursed with Rs. 100/- in the form of credit in your Reverse discount coupon. 

However, return request will not be considered more than once. You can return the product(s) to the following address:
